We only collect what you give us, or what’s needed to run the site:

- Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter
- Your CV and application details, if you apply for a job with us
- Basic usage data (like pages viewed and browser type) through cookies and analytics
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and questions
- To send you updates you’ve signed up for, and let you unsubscribe anytime
- To review job applications and manage recruitment
- To understand how people use our site, so we can improve it

Sharing your information
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with trusted providers who help us run our website, email, and recruitment (bound to keep it safe), or where we’re required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for example, enquiry details for around 24 months, and job applications for around 12 months after a role closes.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Just email us at security@urban-sketch.co.uk.
